1. Digital Delivery Only

Digital Growth Vault sells only digital products such as ebooks, online courses, templates and software resources. We do not ship any physical product, so no shipping charges apply.

2. How You Receive Your Product

• Ebooks and templates: a download link is sent to your email address and/or WhatsApp number given at the time of purchase.
• Online courses: course access details (link and login, where applicable) are sent to your email address and/or WhatsApp number.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery is usually instant or within a few minutes of successful payment. In some cases it may take up to 24 hours.

4. Delivery Not Received?

• Please check your Spam or Promotions folder in your email.
• Make sure you entered the correct email address and phone number.
• If you still have not received it after 24 hours, contact us with your payment screenshot and we will deliver it again or resolve the issue.

5. Wrong Email or Phone Number

Please enter your contact details carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery to a wrong email address or number entered by the customer, but we will try to help if you contact us.

6. Access Period

Unless stated on the product page, access to purchased ebooks and courses is provided for lifetime of the product.
